11 June 2025 - The traditional working and official meeting of judges of the Constitutional Court of Croatia and Constitutional Court of Slovenia was held this year on 9 and 10 June 2025 in Bohinj, Republic of Slovenia. Dr Miroslav Šeparović, President led the nine-member delegation of the Croatian Constitutional Court. At these annual meetings of the two Courts, which have been held regularly for more than forty years, the judges deal with various topics of common interest related to constitutional justice. This time, they discussed the protection of the right to a fair trial from the aspect of the right to an independent and impartial tribunal, and exchanged information on the most important decisions adopted by both courts in the past year. The constructive discussions on various constitutional law issues and professional dilemmas once again emphasised the importance and necessity of such an exchange.
