6 December 2025 - In his opening speech at the 13th Symposium on Novelties in Administrative Law and Administrative Judicial Practice, held today in Zagreb, President Prof Frane Staničić emphasised that administrative law, as one of the most dynamic fields of law, is now properly positioned in Croatian society. He congratulated Judge Galić, editor-in-chief of the Symposium, on the excellent selection of topics and presentations which will certainly contribute to an even stronger position of this important field of law within the Croatian legal order. Mr Ante Galić, Judge of the Constitutional Court and editor-in-chief of the Symposium, and Mrs Inga Vezmar-Barlek, President of the High Administrative Court, also addressed the participants of the Symposium which was jointly organised by the High Administrative Court of Croatia and the Constitutional Court of Croatia, while the speakers also included judges and advisors of the Croatian Constitutional Court: Judge Sanja Bezbradica Jelavić, Judge Goran Selanec, Secretary General Sanja Trgovac and Senior Constitutional Court Advisors Helena Olivari and Helena Majić.
