23 May 2025 - At the invitation of Dr Darko Kostadinovski, President of the Constitutional Court of North Macedonia, the four-member delegation of the Croatian Constitutional Court, led by Dr Miroslav Šeparović, President, paid an official and working visit to the North Macedonian Constitutional Court in Skopje from 21 to 23 May 2025.
In talks with their North Macedonian colleagues, Dr Miroslav Šeparović, President, Dr Mato Arlović, Deputy President, and Judges Prof. Dr Maša Marochini Zrinski and Dražen Bošnjaković, exchanged experiences on the enforcement of constitutional court decisions, and discussed the problems faced by the North Macedonian Court in finding a way to provide citizens with more efficient constitutional court protection. Both sides agreed that the meeting only strengthened the already excellent co-operation between the two countries and agreed to continue to meet on regular bases.
During the visit, the President and the Croatian judges also met with Mrs Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, President of the Republic of North Macedonia.
