11 March 2026 - Constitutional Court Judges Lovorka Kušan and Sanja Bezbradica Jelavić participated in the Judges' Forum organised by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The event, which took place on March 9 and 10 in Luxembourg, marked the 25th anniversary of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU. The Forum brought together judges from the constitutional and supreme courts of the Member States, as well as judges of the CJEU. They discussed the development of the Charter, its future role, and its connection to the values of the Union.
