15 March 2010 - Within her visit to the Republic of Croatia H.E. Tuija Brax, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Finland accompanied by several officials of the Ministry visited today the Croatian Constitutional Court where she was received by Professor Dr Jasna Omejec, President, Professor Dr Aldo Radolović, Deputy President and Mr. Teodor Antić, LL M, Secretary General. President Omejec introduced the Finish delegation in the vast jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court and the problems it encounters in its everyday work. They also discussed the Europeanization of the Finnish Constitution during the last fifteen years and the differences of the two legal systems related to constitutional issues.
