11 March 2010 - H.E. Dr. Catarina Maria Trooster, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Croatia visited today the Croatian Constitutional Court where she was received by Professor Dr. Jasna Omejec, President of the Court and Mr. Teodor Antić, LL M, Secretary General. President Omejec informed madam Ambassador about the organization and jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court. The discussions were also held about differences between the two legal systems especially given that in the Netherlands the constitutional matters are dealt with by the Supreme Court of the Netherlands.
