23 - 26 May 2011 - Professor Jasna Omejec, President and Teodor Antić, Secretary General of the Constitutional Court participated in the XVth Congress of the Conference European Constitutional Courts, held in Bucharest, Romania. The judges of constitutional courts and other courts exercising constitutional review, together with participants of the European Court of Justice, the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe and guests from Benin, Alger and Korea, addressed the relations between constitutional courts and other public authorities on the grounds of a general report. The plenary discussions included in particular constitutional courts' relationship with Parliament and Government, resolution of organic litigations by the Constitutional Court and finally enforcement of constitutional courts' decisions. The next Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts is going to be held in Vienna, Republic of Austria, in May 2014.
