26 May 2008 - in compliance with the Constitutional Act on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, three newly elected judges of the Croatian Constitutional Court took the oath before Mr. Stjepan Mesić, President of the Republic of Croatia. Judges Slavica Banić, Duška Šarin, LL.M. and Mario Jelušić, LL.M. enter their office on 27 May and the Court continues to work in its full composition of thirteen judges.
