9 May 2008 - during their stay in Croatia the H.K. of Jordan delegation of the Ministry of Interior and the Parliament also visited the Constitutional Court. The delegation headed by Mr. Nader Al-Duhairat, MP was received by Judge Snježana Bagić and the Secretary General Teodor Antić who informed the esteemed guests about the jurisdiction and activities of the Court in the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. Given that the delegation’s focus was on the elections and electoral procedures, the talks were also held about the constitutional court procedures regarding the control of the elections and the electoral disputes and about the particularities of different legal orders of the two countries.
