28 November 2007 - in compliance with the Constitutional Act on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, five newly elected judges of the Croatian Constitutional Court took the oath before Mr. Stjepan Mesić, President of the Republic of Croatia. Judges Prof. Jasna Omejec, LL.D., Snježana Bagić, Marko Babić, LL.D. and Prof. Aldo Radolović, LL.D. enter their office on 7 December 2007.
