Members of the Parliament of Montenegro visited the Constitutional Court

8 November 2018 - President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, Dr Miroslav Šeparović, received, together with Judge Josip Leko and Secretary General Dr Teodor Antić, President and members of the Committee for Political System, Judiciary and Administration of the Parliament of Montenegro, who are in a study visit to Croatia with a view of gathering experience on the harmonisation of legislation with the acquis communautaire of the European Union. First of all, President Šeparović pointed out excellent cooperation between the Croatian and Montenegrin Constitutional Court, which met bilaterally on several occasions. Among other things, the talks were held also on the application of European law in our jurisprudence and on the procedure of election of Constitutional Court judges carried out by the Parliament.

Within the framework of the study visit hosted by the Croatian Parliament, the Montenegrin delegation will be received also by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia, National Judicial Council and Ministry of Justice.
