22 November 2017 - President of the Constitutional Court, Dr Miroslav Šeparović, received H. E. Andrew Dalgleish, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Croatia in a curtesy call. They talked about organisation and jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court with emphasis on the institute of constitutional complaint and the procedure of election of judges. Furthermore, they also discussed differences between the two legal systems, especially given that in the UK the constitutional matters are under jurisdiction of the UK Supreme Court and the whole system is grounded on the common law tradition.
