3 April 2009 - Professor Jasna Omejec, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia received today Dr. Jan Woischnik, Director of the Department for the SE Europe of Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin and Mr. Reinhard Wessel, Head of the Foundation’s Office in Croatia. They discussed the activities of the Foundation related to the publication of the collection of the most important decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany into, among other languages, also Croatian language. President Omejec accepted the invitation to write a foreword to the III Volume of the Collection, which is expected to be published during 2009. The publication will be presented at the regional conference to be held in Belgrade, on 26 October 2009, as Dr. Woischnik announced. The president of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany Professor Dr. Dres h.c. Hans-Jürgen Papier already confirmed his attendance and accepted to write an extensive introduction to the collection about the activities and functioning of the German Federal Constitutional Court.
