30 January 2009 - Professor Jasna Omejec, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia together with Judges Dr. Duška Šarin and Professor Davor Krapac attended the Seminar and Opening Ceremony marking the Strasbourg Court’s 50 anniversary year. The Seminar, entitled "50 years of the European Court of Human Rights viewed by its fellow international Courts", gathered more than 150 prominent legal experts from all over Europe. The participants were addressed by Mr. Jean-Paul Costa, President of the Strasbourg Court, Mr Patrick Robinson, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Mr Vassilios Skouris, President of the Court of Justice of the European Communities, and Mr Paolo G. Carozza, Chairman of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
