12 June 2008 - At the session held on 12 June 2008, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, in a full composition, elected, by a majority vote of all judges, Prof. Jasna Omejec, LL.D. as the new President of the Constitutional Court for a term of four years.

Prof. Aldo Radolović, LL.D. was unanimously elected, on the proposal of the President, and with the prior consent of the nominee, as the Deputy President for a term of two years with the possibility of re-election to the same function.
