6 September 2017 – President of the Croatian Constitutional Court, Dr Miroslav Šeparović, received today H. E. Thomas Schultze, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Croatia. The meeting was also attended by Mr Arne Hartig, Head of the Cultural Section of the Embassy, and Dr Snježana Bagić, Deputy President of the Constitutional Court.
In the discussions they emphasised good cooperation between the Croatian Constitutional Court and German Federal Constitutional Court, on which jurisprudence our Court considerably relies in its decisions, and they also talked about some recent case-law of the Croatian Court related, among other things, also to displaying forbidden symbols and slogans.
