28 February - Judge Nevenka Šernhorst, LL M participated in an international symposium entitled "Guaranteeing the supremacy of the Constitution - basic function of the Constitutional Court" that was from 25 - 26 February 2010 held in Kishinau, Republic of Moldova on the occasion of celebration of the 15 anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova. This international gathering gathered representatives of 12 countries, national dignitaries and members of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, which, together with the Moldovan Constitutional Court and the German Foundation for the International Legal Cooperation organised the event. Within the visit Judge Šernhorst also met with Mr Mihai Ghimpu, Acting President of the Republic of Moldova.
