19 February 2010 – H.E. Stanimir Vukćević, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Croatia visited today the Croatian Constitutional Court where he was received by Professor Dr. Jasna Omejec, President of the Court together with Mr. Teodor Antić, LL M, Secretary General. President Omejec informed the Ambassador about the organization and jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court and they also addressed the initiative of the President of the Constitutional Court of Serbia Dr. Bosa Nenadić related to establishing direct contacts between the Serbian and Croatian Constitutional Court. So far the two courts cooperated through the regional forum that every two years gathers six Constitutional Courts of the region. The official and working visit of the Croatian Constitutional Court to the Serbian Constitutional Court is scheduled for March 2010.
