23 June 2025 - At the invitation of Emil Oskonbaev, President of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, President Dr. Šeparović and Deputy President Dr. Arlović took part in the international conference on the establishment of constitutional justice in new democracies, which was held in the Issyk-Kul region from June 16 to 18, 2025 on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Kyrgyz Constitutional Court. In his introductory speech, President Šeparović spoke about the development of Croatian constitutional judiciary in general, while in the first panel entitled "Experience in the establishment of constitutional justice: achievements, problems and challenges", Dr. Arlović spoke about the tasks and jurisdiction of the Croatian Constitutional Court in interpreting and protecting the highest values of the constitutional order, and thereby also the fundamental values, ideals, principles, and objectives of the democratic social and state community.
