 The The Constitutional Court decisions, rulings and reports (hereinafter: decisions), made since 1 January 2000 and shown on the official web page of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, were selected according to several criteria (especially according to number of addressees and according to type of constitutional-court proceedings).
In selecting these decisions special care was taken not to burden users with a large number of standardised decisions delivered in analogous or linked cases, except when changes were introduced in constitutional case-law or in the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court.
Most of the decisions selected have been published in Narodne novine, the official gazette of the Republic of Croatia, and a certain number have also been published in the Bulletin on Constitutional Case-Law, the official publication of the Venice Commission. Constitutional Court decisions published in the Bulletin are also registered under their Bulletin identification number, which consists of the ordinal number of publication in the current year and indication of the state the court belongs to.
In addition to decisions delivered from 2000, the official web page of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia includes a certain number of decisions delivered between 1992 and 1999. These were selected because of their importance for the broader public and for the organisation, jurisdiction and independence of the Constitutional Court.
These decisions were also published in the special edition of the Venice Commission, Special Edition, Inter-Court Relations.
The database of constitutional case-law on the official Constitutional Court web page is continuously updated with new Constitutional Court decisions.
